Laser Cutting Technology The modern technology of shape cutting of flat materials using optical beams is gradually replacing more traditional cutting technologies. As opposed to chip-forming technologies, the major advantage provided by the laser approach involves the high productivity rates achieved, and as opposed to pressing technology, the fact that it does not bring about any initial spending on dies and punches. When juxtaposed to plasma technology, the main benefits offered by the new approach include better accuracy and improved quality. The new laser-cutting machine works with an accuracy of +/-0,1 mm, with a section thickness ranging from 0,2 to 0,8 mm depending on the material processed. No subsequent finishing is required.
Laser burnt stock exhibits high quality cutting surfaces that are free of chamfers and burrs, perfectly perpendicular cuts, and minimised heat-affected zones in the material. Operated CNC-Controlled Laser Cutting Machines: BYSTAR (BYSTRONIC)

Bending Technology
To render the sheet processing services truly complex, the company offers bending operations using a CNC press brake which, given the machine’s technical parameters, present an appropriate superstructure technology to laser cutting. The machine, including a steering system for each axis, guarantees top-quality combined bends CNC Press Brake:
